Grace was amazing nice young lady working hard to serve others hope her manager values her because the way he talks to his employees is kind of overwhelming. ..the young girls working there are great employees blessings

I stopped here during lunch while working security at the mall and decided to give it a try. The employee discount was a nice touch and definitely appreciated. The pizza slices were big and tasted good, so no complaints there. My only issue with the food was that it was pretty greasy—I had to use napkins to blot some of the excess oil before eating. What stood out more to me was the service. While I was still looking over the menu, I felt a bit rushed to make a decision. A little more patience and space to order would’ve made the experience more comfortable. Overall, the food was decent, but the experience could be better with a more relaxed approach during ordering.

I love this place. I'm a pizza snob from the city and typically hate every pizza place north of the city. I absolutely love the way this tastes. Reminds me of Brooklyn! Now if we move beyond that, everything this guy does is amazingly fast and efficient. And everyone that works there is beyond helpful and polite. Sometimes honestly I use going to the mall as an excuse just to get the pizza.

The pizza is always fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor — just how I like it. The staff is super friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite at the mall. Definitely recommend if you’re craving good, classic New York–style pizza!

I came here with my children and sister in law. We placed our order. This young child (maybe 17) took our order and was very dismissive through the process. When the food was ready, he snapped at us and said “you, your food is ready.” I was shocked. I, my sister in law and the lady behind me immediately looked at him - all shocked. I said that’s not appropriate. It’s inappropriate to snap at someone to get their attention but it’s absolutely rude to snap at a customer. He didn’t respond but instead decided to stare at me and continue snapping. The other employees laughed, which is also quite obviously disrespectful. This will be the very last time we come here. That was a disgusting interaction. I hope that management addresses this issue and trains their employees better than this.
